Ron Peterson

Hard work pays off.

For Ron, the most rewarding aspect of his job is to build relationships with Target and vendor partners. Due to his passion for bringing innovative product to retail, Ron founded R.S. Peterson Sales Inc. in 1998. Throughout his journey at RSP he has established strong working relationships with numerous Home and Domestic departments at Target.

Ron thrives when collaborating and working with retail and manufacturing teams all over the world. His past 35 years of sales, marketing, and service experience provides his company a foundation of positive leadership and guidance. RSP team is focused on integrity, honesty and hardworking ethics in the workplace.

Diane Peterson

The difference between something good and something memorable is attention to detail

Diane is a team leader with a broad background in merchandising. With over 35 years in retail experience, she brings her passion for marketing and product development to RSP on a daily basis. Her proven track record in driving shared growth can be seen through the development and execution of multiple product placement initiatives.

Erick Peterson

Being efficient can get you far, but being effective will bring you success.

Since graduating from the University of Denver in 2012 with a degree in International Business, Erick has jumped head first into his role as Account Executive at RSP. He has proven to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced retail environment where changes are rapid and constant. His ability to learn quickly, work collaboratively and multitask across all functional areas of the organization makes him a sound fit to ensure company goals are being reached. He has excellent oral and written communication skills that allow for the development of positive working rapport with colleagues.

Deena Eide

There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work and learning from past experiences.

Deena brings 25+ years of broad retail experience in vendor management, retail buying, inventory management, merchandise planning and logistics to RSP. Having worked at or with Target for over 19 years in multiple areas of the organization, Deena has a great understanding of the company’s merchandising processes and systems from both the Target and vendor perspectives. She has a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with vendor partners and Target. Deena will leverage available tools and will foster a collaborative environment for all parties.

Luke graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2016 where he majored in Business Management with a concentration in Operational Management. While at school Luke took several classes revolving around the supply chain and gained valuable experience working with various teams. Through his education at Gustavus, Luke strengthened his rigorous analytic abilities and personable communication skills.

Nicole Pott

If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.

Nicole graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2017, majoring in Supply Chain and Operations Management. As an intern at R.S. Peterson Sales, Nicole developed a strong passion for the retail industry. She is motivated by all the challenges that come along with the fast-paced retail environment and is ready to be an integral part of the action. A true team player and a positive attitude are two key qualities that describe Nicole. Her level of focus and dedication to her work do not go unforeseen. In her spare time, apart from the office, Nicole enjoys volunteering with My Team Triumph (a non-profit focused on empowering disabled individuals to lead a team through a race), often running to provide the legs for disabled athletes. As she sets her books aside to enter the corporate world, she looks forward to using her interpersonal and problem solving skills to benefit both Target and our vendor partners.

Adam Peterson

I skate to where the puck is going to be, not where it has been.

Adam Peterson graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Wisconsin School of Business with a Finance degree in May of 2015. After graduating from UW-Madison, Adam worked for Target Corporate as a Planning Analyst for 2 years. His experience at Target is an asset, and his passion for retail makes him a strong, collaborative team member at R.S. Peterson Sales. Adam is always eager to learn and adapt to the constantly changing retail environment. As retail becomes more complex, he becomes even more engaged, letting his curiosity drive his passion and strong work ethic. Apart from the office, he likes to spend time in the great outdoors with his family, friends and pets. A true Minnesotan at heart, his favorite activities include watersports, hockey, and golf.
